Huawei is preparing the new Huawei P50 series for their next launch, and there have been rumors on the internet over the past few months about the upcoming Huawei P50 series of smartphones. A leakster shared images on Twitter revealing the back panel of the P50 smartphone series. This is the first look for the upcoming flagship series. Let’s jump to these render leaks.
The smartphone looks glassy with the golden color, which gives the smartphone an amazing look and premium feel. Talking about the smartphone’s edges, it has curved edges on all four sides of the back panel. Also, the smartphone frame looks metal rather than aluminum, giving the smartphone a rich and luxurious look.
If we take a look at the side of the smartphone, it has a metal power button with a red indicator followed by two volume buttons. Also, the top side of the smartphone is equipped with a secondary microphone, IR blaster (for controlling other devices like AC, TV, Set-up box, etc.) & a secondary speaker has also been given on the top of the phone.
The front of the smartphone does not seem to have quad-curved display as we have seen in previous P40 Pro models. Moreover, the top of the device has an earpiece instead of sound on display, which is a big change.
The P50 series has a very uncommon unique camera module on the back, which comprises dual rings on the top left of the phone with vertical alignment. The phone contains 4(3+1) camera sensors, which include one large 1-inch primary sensor.
The top ring of the camera module has three camera sensors. In contrast, on the lower ring of the camera module, it is equipped with a single camera sensor, and it is visible the largest one and is expected to be the primary lens. It does not seem to have the pro variant of the smartphone because the higher-end variants might feature the zoom lens.
Huawei P50 series
In previous reports, it has been revealed that the P50 series consists of three models – Huawei P50, P50 Pro, and P50 Pro+. A 5nm Kirin 9000 processor powers all three smartphones. The P50 feature a 6.3-inch display and P50 Pro feature a 6.7-inch display with a punch hole on the top center of the device, and the standard model has the flat screen design.
These smartphones will have pre-installed HarmonyOS software, and these devices will be the first that runs Huawei’s own Operating System. Originally expected, the Huawei P50, P50 Pro & P50 Pro+ to be announced around March 2021. This is no longer the case, and recently there have been rumors that this has been pushed back to May 2021.
